why is it lagging so bad

Because the PC variant is really ridiculous even on my system which can handle games like that just fine.

I don't get lag like that, yikes! I used to with my old laptop though. I'm glad my desktop can handle it. I'm not sure if it's the high graphics card or what, but yes, injustice2 has a high demand. If you want I can even play steam remote play with you.
