Only based on hearing this audio clip, it looks like your IP isn't staying consistent across the entire session. In theory, this can also happen if you share your account with another person. Another theory is that your firewall software is tampering with the networking functionalities of the suite. This is very unlikely, but still a possibility.

To purchase a subscription, you should visit the plans and pricing page found in the navigation bar. If you prefer to purchase a license, you'll have to open the products page, open the Marvel Realm page, find the child product you want to purchase a license for, (for example Zero Stealth). Then, find the licenses section, view available licenses, and you'll find the purchase link next to the available licenses. But it's best if you wait until this issue is resolved so that you can safely enjoy what you purchase.
