The thing is this is not an electric toothbrush with a rotating head, but a sonic one. I didn't exaggerate when I said I feld like it's gonna knock my teeth out when I used it. I used it only 2 times and decided to stop for my own safety lol. Now I have an Oclean sonic toothbrush and it's awesome, it even talks. I can record about it too if anyone is interested.
No, it says the cleaning mode and stuff, makes a sound when you put it on the charging pad, it's just a gimmick but I love stuff like that. Newer models don't have a speaker but a display which shows all kinds of info. All of their toothbrushes have bluetooth so you can adjust everything to your taste
I've been using Sonicare for the last three yeras. No complaints. It's a basic model which I'm find with. To turn on and off the options, you hold down the button while the toothbrush is on the charger and listen for the number of beeps. Why use a speaker though when you can just use the motor though?
Hey, I told you to record this toothbrush with a pickup coil and I'll play something funny on this sample XD, If I were smarter, I might even make a dupstep out of it but this genre is terribly demanding of mixing, too demanding for me :D.

Wow yeah, I umm, I don't think I'd want that in my mouth. Without the head, it sounds like a cheap set of clippers.
