Do you have any friends or siblings who play the game by chance? Anyone close to you? Do you maybe go to school with anyone who plays the game? The way bans work, someone else on your IP might have been banned and you got caught in the crossfire. It's an old ish system. Let me know and I can get this resolved for you.
