  I feel you on the first one. Getting someone else to describe people to you takes the indipendence out of it. But there are fixes. Simply use be my eyes, seeing AI, or google gemini. Gemini is able to talk to you live, and you can share your screen with it. Then, you can get screenshots and save them as immages and use the other applications to tell you. Don't just trust one app. Key here is that allAI halusinates at some point and time.
