Hey guys. So obviously as stated in the title I have a challenge for anyone listening. You can't get emotional at any point during this song. Think you can do it? Let's see. Also I would recommend to listen to this with headphones for the best results, but up to you ultimately.

    is it only negative or positive? personally this felt like a generic hero epic adventure song to me. sorry if this sounds like I'm outright dismissing the song, but hay, you were the one who said do a clinical analysis and not get emotional so.

    @staticmaster Honestly not sure. I think my goal for it was to be sad in the beginning and then gradually build up so yeah. Not sure if that's the answer you were looking for but if not just let me know.

    Wow was my mixing really that bad? No this was not done with ai. Most blind people when they make music use either ableton or reeper. But I use band lab. I get one shots from reddit and or free sound and that's how I made this. Sorry, I didn't realize this was low quality.Can you give me feedback on how I could improve. I would like to use reeper but I feel like it's a heavy learning curve to get started. Band lab on the other hand just makes sense out of the box, at least to me.

    It's not bad, I just thought it was done with AI since I'm used to hearing. My absolute pitch is betraying me.

    I didn't get emotional, but I'm not an emotional person. I liked it though, it certainly wasn't bad.

    I didn't get emotional it sounds like a hero coming back from a war then falling asleep. Good song.

    @Derek Merced this was great! I did not know that that was oneshots, nice going. I'm more of a create your own melody out of the box kind of person, but I understand why a lot of producers these days use loops, even though I personally frown at it. You should learn reaper, it's really not that complicated. Then again, I had no choice but to master it, because I was stuck on a mac. I had payed for logic pro x, but hated it. I used reaper for mac. And that's what got me hooked.

    Honestly I think your right. I never thought about it like that in that kind of way. I see why one shots and loops are frowned upon. Because it's not actually your melody. I think I should learn reaper see what the hype is about.
