I'm in the middle of editing the Shades of Doom stream archive, to fix some of the problems you all informed me of. My plan is to split them up into parts so you don't have to listen to the whole thing in 1 sitting or skip around to find things as much. I will start uploading the parts on Monday. In the meantime, I made this little medley for you all to listen to. Just like the Q9 cover, this was made in Reaper using magical 8Bit plug. I hope you all enjoy it!

    can I ask how you did the arp?

      I set my grid to 128 and put in really tiny notes right next to each other, decreasing the velocity of each following note by 10 so that it would sound like it had a decay.

    did you get presets for that? are you using v1 or v2 of magical 8bit plug. I'm using v2 and I have to make the stuff myself.

      Na I just made the sounds myself. I used to know someone who did a lot of tracker stuff, and I remembered the ways you had to make certain sounds from watching him do it. It's been a long time, but I like that sort of music, so I kept his techniques in mind. Guess they came in handy.

        As for V1 or V2, I'm not sure. I'm assuming V2 because I downloaded Magical 8Bit Plug sort of recently.
