Title says it all
hi
evening sure
it's like 5 in the morning
not too bad how's your 6 7 day going
it hasn't been mine yet, different date formats
not bad
I still remember that one time on the forum you said you were like 68 and I believed it
this was on gc I remember you being like I'm going to class and I was like class? What is a man of your age doing in class?
I know this now
what happened today
lol the same guy then posted a random drum recording pre 2016
I just think it reminds me of sediment a bit
I posted something similar on qc and the replies were brilliant
like imagine comparing it to like brain damage
6 7 is dead when no one bats an eye when it's said
eh it's fine, you'll still have 6 or 7 left
is it in releasing state soon?
thanks windows ha ha ha ha
did he use AI, or did the AI use him
Sorry, it's me. when I click send message on iOS it keeps taking me to the start streaming page.
I've been having a bug with iOS 26 where VoiceOver will have a handful of crashes every 5 seconds or so.
18
I remember the days when you could get consistently decent audio on android and IOS. There was a time when I could actually use the qc web client on my braillenote touch, not touch plus, the original touch. Not sure how we got so much worse since then in terms of the audio stack on...practically everything. But yeah.
idk I might ok bbs if this is still up
where work
the name volume mixer isn't really accessible, at least not on fedora. you have to use the sound settings dialog.
everything on linux is accessible, as long as you're willing to make it accessible yourself.
it was sarcastic
orca's getting better though. It used to be really bad. Even has object nav, flat nav and a bunch of other things it didn't have.
boomers say they enjoy using Linux. They say that they’re using an actual computer again
we paid trillions of dollars to train those language models and you will use them, and you will enjoy it!
And we'll even make a dedicated keyboard key for you. Trust me, you need it.
actually it was probably trillions of doge coins, sorry about that mistake
welcome to 2026, in which we've stopped exchanging pieces of paper for things, and started exchanging them for other different kinds of pieces of paper
or possibly just for literally nothing, seems fine. Just store it on your computers.
I heard about someone who threw out a hard drive with like thirty bitcoin on it without realizing.
right, that, that was the story.
actually, I dug it up and stole it. I was hungry and needed something to eat.
I ate the hard drive dude
speaking of hard drives there's this ad on YouTube going around, where they're advertising a 32TB SSD for $45. Of course it isn't legit. They just resized it to make OS's think it's 32TB, when actually someone took it apart. It's literally a small SD card inside, which is only about 98GB.
no, I didn't fail the test. The hard drive had lots of information on it, so once I ate it, it raised my IQ up by 67 points
hello again
fun
or there's those SSd's which only have a tiny bit of actually fast storage and the rest is much slower
I'm happy with my samsung T7 SSD.
reminds me of a trend I saw in australia a couple years ago, you could buy these "powerful laptops" with like 2 gb of ram, 64 gb of flash storage, etc
and this was like 2022
bruh
lol it's a red flag if the most powerful gaming computer in the world is 600 dollars
4 gb oughta be enough for anyone. In 1983.
I wasn't around in 1983 though, I heard they had these strange things like grasses and outsides that you could download onto your computers. Or maybe you walked there, I forget. Something weird like that.
unless it's the lenovo loq. which is actually a budget gaming computer with a decent NVIDIA RTX 3050. Think it has about 8GB of RAM? Maybe it was 16? Can't remember.
what did you do with it, eat it? use it as cables maybe?
I know you can combine 10 grass to make a string in stw, and if you do that enough times then you get a net. Maybe that's how they made the internet, combining millions of grasses together.
puts a whole new meaning on a suncap.
now all I have to do is figure out this thing they used to do, it's called breathing. By the way, does anyone know why I feel sick?
I'm contemplating switching back to static pages. WordPress is starting to give me a headache. Was thinking nikola but not sure.
Oh hell no
what, you don't like getting 60 million trillion comments from bots every day telling you to go to their blogs?
Yeah basic HTML was just when I was starting up as a new dev and only had like 1 or 2 projects.
I used html for an insanely long time, hand written html.
Yeah for at least 3 or 4 years.
come on, we've done that joke like 6 or 7 times already.
I'm surprised you're not playing the holiday's song.
yes. 6 7. the legit song.
it needs more bacon
Hi
bacon is such a good creation. bacon on a cheeseburger, bacon with eggs, pancakes, eggs and bacon, bacon is just great.
chips wrapped in bacon
I mean fries, french fries wrapped with bacon
I prefer my bacon crispy. Shout out to Wendy's.
I like my bacon like I like my women; cooked to perfection.
Oh I don't need it like I'm chewing on chips crispy, just crispy enough to be firm. It should feel like I'm eating bacon, not gum.
bacon has evolved into its next form, bacony sand
that reminds me of the time I accidentally ate some kinetic sand in my breakfast cereal .It was delicious.
yum. bacon crust. that needs to be a type of pizza crust.
Mostly we don't eat breakfast cereal, but there's a special kind of spider that you can turn into a steak. It's about the size of a cow and the meat has a distinct texture to it.
it also has 67 legs and being within ten feet of it will cause you to die immediately. Very difficult to prepare.
I love cinnamon toast crunch. but I uually have honey nut cheerios. I also like apple jacks and fruit loops. lucky charms aren't bad, not my first go-to but they're okay if there aren't any other options. reeses puffs are also nice.
I like eating AI for breakfast and shitting out essays about 15th century literature in the afternoon
I write my essays and then I give it to AI, take its advice, copy some lines, paste them, then do some cutting and... well. you get the gist.
oh, cutting and pasting, we had a serial killer who was fond of doing that. He would cut up his victims and paste them all over the walls.
Yeah because you have to know AI vocabulary.
tuesday will be most auspicious, however
It always writes in introduction, first, second, third, then, in conclusion slash to finish slash finally, ! sort. it also uses lots of double dashes, and is excessive.
is it true that you can use backpack studio to stream to audio pub?
ah, the sound of fresh water pouring into a cup. or at least, what we americans consider fresh water. lol
we're apparently getting siri powered by gemini. But as for features, Apple hasn't really said much. iOS 27 is supposed to be a bug year but, Apple hasn't done that in 6 or 7 years.
And I truly mean 6 or 7, we've not gotten one since, what. iOS 13? 14?
I'll probably watch WWDC on my tv. I got my fire set up with a budget soundbar, the Poseidon M60. For a $99 soundbar with 5.1 surround and Dolby Atmos and a subwoofer, it's not bad. Obviously it's budget, think the lowest it can go in bass is about 30HZ? 35? But its surround is really good. It's meant for bedrooms.
I'm gonna stick around for iOS and watchOS. The rest doesn't really concern me TBH.
take care sir.
