This is a Drill beat I came up with in an hour and a half or so. I struggled with the 808s so it may sound a bit odd, but I think it's decent enough. Thankfully you guys aren't hear the first few drafts lol. But anyways, hope you enjoy.

    Drums are really intrusive so it's literaly impossible to enjoy the song with such a kind of mixing masterint. The idea is cool though

    Hi. Thanks for the feedback!
    Two things:

    1. The drum thing is intentional. In Drill, the melody helps it along, but the drums and 808 are usually the primary focus. At least, when I listen to other Drill artists, their drums and 808s are their main focus, with the melody serving as an accompaniment and not necessarily front and center.
      Trap on the other hand, is different. The drums and melody are mixed. You balance them out, so that they match each other. They don't cancel each other out.
    2. This is actually the unmastered version. I usually upload mastered versions to streaming services.
