so I was listening to an internet radio station witch some how can receve EAS, emergency alert system, messages for all of the US, strangely enough, but what was interesting was the static in the alert, it had your normal 60 hurts buz, but listen to the recording and tell me what you here in the midst of that 60 hurts, because when I heard it, I thought, WTF is this static?

Radio connected to a weak sound card. Cheap audio cards emit this kind of squeaking, or when the cables connecting the device are not shielded, picking up interference from components in the computer.
