      Wonder how they made a formant synth sound like it. I like to think there was a dude in the early 2000s manually inputting all the params lol

        It's kind of like that, but to be honest, what I believe they did based on what I have and what I've seen, it's a vocoder of sorts. Basicly you put a wav file in as the sound sorce, and the engine uses said source and builds off of that. I'll have to show you guys something at some point.
