Oh no, that is very bad that the texts are not translated. I am so sorry for that.
Basically on that floor, you want to be on combat mode by pressing shift + F2. After switching to combat mode, you can enter the rooms and fight the NPCs there until you get to level 25.
When you get to level 7, you'll have to go up a floor. This keeps happening until you get to level 25. It gets harder as you progress.
To change your chat, you would press the F6 key and choose the English chat. There, you can talk to the administrators and the instructors by pressing the Slash key.
