Description:
Welcome, everyone, to the first audio showcase for The sequel to Canopy Cafe! We've worked tirelessly, obsessing over every detail of the soundscape to make the cafe feel more bustling and alive than ever before.
In this demonstration, the player is simply standing still in a corner of the shop. We wanted to step back so you can listen to exactly how the game progresses with the assistant unlocked, and just take in how the rich environment sounds on its own.
Listen closely as the scene unfolds:
- The Assistant: You can hear your trusty assistant taking charge—making coffee, serving the customers, gathering the payment they leave behind on the tables, and tidying up the cafe.
- The Vending Machine: Listen as customers walk over to the new vending machine, purchase a soda, drink it, and walk back to their table. As a bonus, the money deposited in the vending machine can be retrieved by you to unlock even more features!
- The Jukebox: The music playing in the background is coming directly from our new interactive jukebox. Customers can walk up to it to choose what will be played by depositing a little something in it. Just like the vending machine, this money will also be available for you to collect and use later.
Sit back, relax, and enjoy this immersive slice of cafe life. We can't wait to hear what you think of the new audio features!
The sequel to canopy cafe will be out very soon! People on the Sonorous Pro subscription will get a one-month early access to the game.
This title will be a part of Marvel Realm. If you're interested, you can check out the Marvel Realm suite here .

really like the detail here!

A bit of subtle reverb inside the building, and less jumpy panning on the footsteps would do a lot to make this sound authentic. It's the little details that matter!

I notice when the assistance was walking to the customer the panning was a bit weird, as in too abrupt and as if the person is taking very very big steps. Should probably fix that. Other than that I quite like the work put into making this sound lively. I think the jukebox is a nice feature. Not necessary sure but still very nice
