This was recorded two years ago. I recorded this with my CRS 132 tape player. In the beginning of the recording grandma and I were talking. After that, she leaves. Not long after that, my cousin Brady comes in the room and we hang out. I'm sorry for that anoying sound you hear, it's coming from the tape player itself.

@kjsisco It's the CRS 132. I'm not sure how old this one is. You can put in a flash drive in the tape player and it will digitize the audio as MP3. The bad thing is it is encoded in shitty mono MP3, so it won't work on moble devices.

Lmao WTF? I assume the tape player is broken or something? Otherwise it would seem pretty stupid to put a microphone in a device that shitty sounding to begin with because the recordings are so ass.

@keoku all I did was use the microphone from the tape recorder, I'm not sure what else could be wrong. I got it off of a magazine from the Columbus dispatch, which has ads on stuff to buy, and this tape player is one of them. I think it's cheap, because right now the record button doesn't work anymore.

Sounds like something needs a dab of oil hehehe. What are you using for the talkbox? A rocktron or something? The speech is a lot better using a synth than it is with a guitar.

@Musicide I have a Casio CTK 7000, I was using like a sawtooth synthesizer that I would use for the talk box.
