This sounds super overproduced to me. But I feel that way about most pop music.
Jonathan859 - 02/27/2026
Produced by Suno says all. Suno thanks you for giving them some nice human lyrix to train their lyrix generator :D
GigaSound - 02/27/2026
Yep, absolutely!
SweetDaddyRizz - 03/02/2026
Musicians are telling me Suno keeps training on their lyrics and stealing their style, so I asked how many human lyrics they have and they said they just go to X/Reddit/SoundCloud and get new artists and styles afterwards, so I said it sounds like they're just feeding human lyrics to Suno and then everybody started crying.

Damn for a sec, I was like, wow, that girl's got a mad pair of lungues, and with some light autotune to boot, but then, the music started kicking in, and I was like, damn, that is so AI. Will definitely say, beautiful melody, I love the lyrics too, just wow though. Shame that wasn't an actual woman though, would've loved to look at her discog.

I am not sure if that voice was a suno voice or Lauren's actual voice but just so heavily produced that it barely sounds like her. It does sound vaguely like Lauren's actually singing voice, which I have heard before, so I really don't know. If it really was Lauren's voice, I'd rather have heard it with about 10 percent of the production and fx that Suno used on it, because it just sounds like a generic AI music vocal now. If it's generic AI vocal then that's fine I guess.
Sir Howard - 02/28/2026
That's not her voice. This sounds too much like generic California pop star voice.
RainbowRemedy - 02/28/2026
Thanks, I gave the first vocal sample but Suno ai'd me t o shit :P
RainbowRemedy - 02/28/2026
Guys, I'm very aware it is over produced, and it's not my voice. the entire point was the lyrics.
Athlon - 02/28/2026
I could not listen to the lyrics through the music so could you just paste them somewhere?
albluc24 - 03/02/2026
AI yes sure, but the lirics are actually heartwarming and the song is not that bad, chill out guys.
SweetDaddyRizz - 03/02/2026
Lyrics are genuinely pretty good.

I went ahead and transcribed this. It should be mostly accurate save for one line I just couldn't figure out.
Edited to fix a formatting issue when I pasted it from my word document.
(hums and things)
You chase those scars, like reading lamps
Cuts on your arms, cuts from your past
The same mistakes stuck to your skin
You see those stains, stuck to your skin
But I see through to the light within
You keep your eyes down like you're scared I'll see
Every wrong turn, every broken dream
But when you look up it's so clear to me
You're brighter than they said you'd be
You're my beacon in the dark
Burning golden through your scars
All those shadows on your heart
Are outshone by stars
Yeah, the stars in your eyes
My love it's no surprise
That you're my beacon in the dark (mm, in the dark)
You're my beacon in the dark
Burning golden through your scars
All those shadows on your heart
Are outshone by stars
Yeah, the stars in your eyes
My love it's no surprise
That you're my beacon in the dark (mm, in the dark)
(humming (possibly "You're mine?"))
Those who both tried to break your soul
They were just so bold
But let me tell you my love
You're more than strong enough
You keep your eyes down like you're scared I'll see
every wrong turn, every broken dream
But when you look up, it's so clear to me
Repeat chorus
Baby just close your eyes
Your limit is beyond the sky
I
(un-traceable)
May you again learn to fly
*hums)
You keep your eyes down like you're scared I'll see
every wrong turn, every broken dream
but when you look up it's so clear to me
You're brighter than they said you'd be
Repeat chorus x2

This was originally separated by verse, but audiopub ate my beautiful line breaks!
