Alright. Here is what you do. First, visit the black market, then press enter on pistol cartrage. You should be in the "how many would you like to buy?" box. Then, go to cheat engine, open process like usual and then scan for 6.
After that, press escape, and then go for revolver cartrage. Go onto the same box, then scan for 5. Repeat until you have filter the values.

I assume you know there's a tool you can use to extract a Psycho Strike save. Then you use a text editor and you can, for example, give yourself a billion medkits. Then you recompile the save.

My strat is when an item is possibly spawn on the barrior, I have a police grabb it for me and see if that's true. If it is, they die, if it's not, I kill them. Win-win

Again, the trick to do the black market trick is to hovver in the how many would you like to buy box, and then scanning for the item's ID. pistol amow is 6, revolver is 5, shotgun is 7, and I forgot what rifle is.
