Description:
I needed to set a computer up as a dual boot system, and at the time, did not have the drivers for the sound card. My great idea for recording audio was to plug in a USB sound card to the laptop, and run an ox cord from the headphone out on the sound card to the line in on the Braille Sense 6. How ever, you can clearly hear a strange noise as soon as the computer powers on, and it only gets worse / funnier after the computer boots up. Note: the dinging sound on the log on screen was added post production to sensor my last name.

That's very interesting. A very short password too

the compression on the computer or the recorder, I'm not sure what is what, is extreme. That is USB buss noise coming from the PC. one of the devices gain is sset way up, leading to this, or your pc and recorder are using the same power source. Both cases lead to loud sounds like this.

Thank you for the reply. I know the Braille Sense and Computer were both plugged in at the time. From other recordings, I have noticed the compression can be quite high from the Braille Sense. Its good to have an explanation behind the interesting noise.
