Description:
My mom and I borrowed our friends golf cart for our town’s Christmas parade. She accidentally turned on the windshield wipers, but the real funniest surprise happened when she turned them off. They slowly came to a stop, producing sounds that can only be described as low battery motors. I know windshield wipers don’t have batteries, but it’s the best explanation I’ve got. Take a listen.

Okay, I wasn't expecting the laughter. I also had a vague recollection of Siren Head with that.

The laugh was funnier than the thing itself. Though I'll admit that's strange. I feel like they're probably not supposed to do that lol.

That laugh is joyous lol.

Um? That's not supposed to happen to it? What kind of sound is that?

I needed that laugh. Made me laugh myself and I haven't laughed in several days.

Somebody call the SCP foundation - we have an anomaly!
My best guess is a bad switch contact or something along those lines leading to a slow drain of a cap inline with the control circuitry. Mind you I know nothing about windshield wipers but it sounds like a stepper motor.
