Am I Playing the Piano Correctly? | Played 22 times | No favorites
I've been practicing my piano playing skills a little bit, and I'm trying to make sure my finger positioning isn't poor, or god forbid outright bad enough to cause injury eventually.

This is a cover that's been finished for quite a while now. I wanted to post it to my music YouTube channel, but I don't have a video to go along with it, so it's been sitting on my hard drive collecting dust. It's ready to post to audio-only sites like this one though, so here you go!
The background vocals are just auto-tuned versions of the main vocal melody. I was lazy and didn't want to tune the harmonies manually if I didn't have to. The mixing is done by Eagle Eyed as I think he's referred to on here. I hope you all enjoy the cover!
I've been doing quite a bit of streaming lately, and I'm trying to figure out what my listeners would like to hear from me the most. I could do gaming streams; gaming challenge streams; music streams; just chatting streams; or stop streaming altogether and just put out music and other performative things like I used to do on this channel primarily. Please leave your suggestions down in the comments!
I am working on a public domain writing project called The Pulse. It is a series of stories about a universe, in which every major event that happens within revolves around a universal pulse that takes place every 4 years. In this stream, i'm going to be talking about it, and perhaps doing some live writing.
This is the first writing project I have ever devised on my own, so please don't judge me too harshly. This is a learning experience for me, and I hope you all can get something out of it just as much as me.
I'm working on an application called Pub Streamer, which is designed for streaming to Audio Pub. I do this because I was using several peaces of software before to stream, and because of my laptop specs, several of those software solutions have crashed on my machine. This app does everything I need to do from a single application.
I will be answering questions about Pub Streamer here, but while I'm here, I'd like to just chat with everyone as well. We can chat about whatever you all would like.
I've done no damage runs of Super Liam so many times now that I feel comfortable trying to speed run it now. So, that's what I'm going to try to do. Let's see if I can beat my previous record of 28 minutes!

I hope you all enjoy this cover. Something about this cover feels a bit off to me, but maybe that's just self-confidence dissonance or something. Can't wait to see you all for Friday's Super Liam stream!
BTW, there is a liberty I decided to take that makes it a bit less realistic to the hardware. The NES sound chip does not have stereo panning. I just thought it sounded better this way, personally.
Sorry about the stream cut out. I am now using my phone hotspot, so hopefully there will not be anymore trouble.

I wanted to start making background music for my streams. I have made background music for my Shades of Doom stream archives, but it'd be nice to have something going in the background while I'm talking during an actual stream. Plus, it gives my listeners something extra to talk about.
I enjoy using Magical 8Bit Plug to compose music that sounds like it could have fit right in on NES hardware. Some people have asked me how I do certain things with the plugin. I intend to dive into that with this stream, so that you can also make music with Magical 8Bit Plug.

Last week, I streamed myself playing through Shades of Doom on the "It's a Good Day to Die" difficulty level. I'm back again to finish the game.
Wow, I did a lot of talking at the end of this one! I'd like to thank you all for tuning into last weeks live stream. I'm going live tomorrow at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. I hope to see all of you there again for my plunder into Level 9!
I forgot to mention this in the commentary, but I was wrong about the locked door towards the beginning of the level: You don't get the security chip for that door in Level 6 as I thought. You get it later in Level 7, which means you have to back track through the level. So yes, I wasted a blast mine when I didn't need to. Anyway, I don't have much else to say. See you in Level 8!
The subtitle of this part of the archive should probably be, "A glitchtastic adventure." Sorry again for the archive issues, everyone. Sure, I can't help my net being bad, but I could have recorded a local copy of the archive to make sure this wouldn't be an issue in post. I will be recording local copies from here on out though, so don't worry about this being a reoccurring problem. See you in level 7!
Well, so much for uploading today's archives earlier, eh? Today was another laze around and sleep in late day for me. I'm going to at least edit the Level 7 and 8 parts tonight so that I can get them out in a timely manner tomorrow, (later today depending on your timezone. In the meantime, keep an eye out for Level 6!
I had to talk quieter during the after-level commentary for this one, because everyone is in bed sleeping at the moment. I'm going to record the commentary for the last 4 levels tomorrow morning so that I don't have to talk in a low voice again, and I apologize for having to do it this time. Nevertheless, I hope you all enjoyed this part, and stay tuned for level 5!
Well, this took longer for me to upload than I would have liked. I wanted to have it out much earlier, but I had things going on today, and then I took a long nap. I was also trying to find a good way to express my frustration at a live chat I received without making the person in question feel like I was attacking them, which took some time for me to work out. Hopefully I did well with that bit though. I was also a bit more aggressive with the editing this time around. This part is almost 40 minutes long, and there's quite a bit of the level that was repeated due to me walking in circles sometimes. I wanted to make sure that you all wouldn't have to sit through more of that than was absolutely necessary. Anyway, see you all in level 4!
This is the first part of the archive where I made frequent edits to the game play itself. I figured you all wouldn't want to see me continuously come back to the same points just to be killed over and over, so I cut out bits that seemed unnecessary. I did this far more often in the levels where the Temporal Disturbance shows up, because a lot of time is wasted back tracking through the levels to get back to where I was. Let me know if you want to see more of these sorts of things cut out in future stream edits. I already did it for the later levels though, because believe me, you don't want to see the repetitiveness of it all. Anyway, I hope you all enjoyed this episode, and stay tuned for level 3!
There were a few issues with the archive when people have tried to play it back, so I decided to put together an edited version. Hopefully this version flows a bit better than the stream itself. I will be uploading 2 levels per day leading up to the live stream I'll be doing on Friday where I will be going through Level 9, so be on the lookout for that. Thank you to everyone who tuned into that stream, as well as to the people who left comments afterwards. I can't wait to see you all Friday!
I'm in the middle of editing the Shades of Doom stream archive, to fix some of the problems you all informed me of. My plan is to split them up into parts so you don't have to listen to the whole thing in 1 sitting or skip around to find things as much. I will start uploading the parts on Monday. In the meantime, I made this little medley for you all to listen to. Just like the Q9 cover, this was made in Reaper using magical 8Bit plug. I hope you all enjoy it!
For as long as I've been playing Shades of Doom, I have never played above It's My Tern Daddy. I'd like to see if I can beat it on the highest difficulty. Let's see how well I can manage it!
Holy wow am I ever late! It took me a little bit to decide the song I was going to cover, because I started doing 2 covers and 1 remix all at the same time. Love Live's Snowhalation and Creed's My Sacrifice were the covers I started. I decided Snowhalation was more fitting at this time of year.
Funny thing, actually: Snowhalation was one of the first songs I started a cover of when I started doing Vocaloid stuff, but I never finished it. That was about 2-3 years ago now. And yes, this is a fixed up version of that very cover. I didn't like how I tuned it originally, so I revamped it a little bit. It's still not finished, of course, but I'm happy with this demo. Actually, I might try and finish this one. Would be the first time in a while I actually finished something.

I hope everyone had or is having a very merry Christmas, happy Hanukkah, happy Kwanzaa, or whatever holiday it is that you celebrate this time of year. Look forward to more Vocaloid content from me in the next few days!
I'm in the market for a mobility instructor, preferably one who can train me on adapting to areas with or without sidewalks. More info in the recording. If you have info you're able to share with me, please reach out in the comments.
Right, this was fun. I went a little bit out of my comfort zone with this track, because I'm not used to covering fast music. Plus, rock is a genre I have dipped my tows into a little bit, but not that much. I hope I did at least a decent job here, despite the numerous tuning problems I've spotted.
My apologies for the terrible mixing here. Mixing isn't really my strong suit.

Re-tuning: Me
In this recording, I discuss AI and the ways that I use it, as well as people's reactions to my use of it. I also briefly talk about how I learned how to turn on stereo recording, as well as how the weather has been lately. This recording is also sponsored by Nova the dog, who decided she had some things to say about the neighbor's dog barking at us from across the street.
In an attempt to improve my speech, I have decided to start summarizing my walks with Notebook LM. I also made a Japanese version for practice purposes, which I will upload separately.
Here's another walking recording. I'm still going to walk every day, but I'll probably move the recordings to once every week so I don't feel pressured to come up with a conversation topic every day.
In this recording, I talk about The Vail, the interesting way in which the leaves are falling off the trees, and my phone's YouTube notification sound. As usual, if you have any questions or comments, I'd be happy to discuss them in the next recording.
Here's a recording of me walking up and down my driveway for about 30 minutes. In this recording, I talk about my plans for a wiki I am working on. I plan to get out and do these walks every day, so let me know if y'all want to hear more of this. Also, if you have any questions, criticisms, advice, etc. about the recording or anything I've done and/or talked about here, let me know down in the comments, and I can respond to it directly or address it in the next recording.
Sorry if the quality of this demo isn't as good as the last one. I've been working for hours on this without a break, and I'm a bit tired. Perhaps I'll upload a second demo with improvements.
Anyway, I never owned a Wii myself, but I've played on other people's Wiis before, so I have some level of nostalgia from it. I enjoy the Mii channel music, and I also like the Honeyworks song I covered here, though I prefer the Kotoha version personally. I thought a Mii channel remix of this song would sound cool, so that's what I did. Here's hoping you all enjoy this.

This is a dumb thing I made a long time ago, and recently, I decided to remake it. I've come quite a ways in my audio editing skills, so I thought I could do a bit better this go round.
BTW, if you're wondering why Paul sounds so weird, it's because I used SSML pitch and speed tags to alter the intonation of his sentences to sound more exaggeratedly human.
